On 17 September Rockstar announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the game’s official album, made with Atlantic Records. It has 34 original tracks and comes out on 19 November, the same day as GTA VI. You can pre-save it on streaming services and pre-order it on vinyl and CD.
The six singles you can play now
Rockstar released six singles on the day of the announcement:
- Yung Lean — That’s It (feat. Future & Metro Boomin)
- Travis Scott — RHYNO (prod. by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo)
- CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. & Etienne de Crécy — Sexy Magic
- Morgan Wallen — Last Thing You Need
- Rauw Alejandro — Macacoa 2000
- Keith Richards — Bright Lights, Big City
That leaves 28 tracks still to be revealed. We will update this page as Rockstar publishes more.
Vinyl and CD
The album also ships physically on launch day. The official store, gtavi-thealbum.com, has three exclusives: a limited liquid-filled vinyl, a splatter vinyl and a CD jewel case. Several retailers (Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, Target, Urban Outfitters, Barnes & Noble, Blood Records and indie shops) will sell exclusive vinyl colourways, each with its own art.
What we do not know yet
Rockstar has not said whether these tracks will play on the in-game radio. It has said more details on the music of GTA VI are coming, including the dynamic score and what it calls “the next evolution” of in-game radio.
