Who they are
Dre'Quan was always more of a hustler than a gangster. Even while dealing on the street to get by, breaking into music was the plan.
His way of testing a track does not go through radio, it goes through the floor: if the club's dancers respond, the single works, and the DJs will spin it. It is a cheap method and, so far, it has served him.
Now that he has signed the Real Dimez, his days booking acts into Boobie's club may be numbered: what he has his eye on is the Vice City scene itself.
